In-flight Variable Pitch Propellers
In-flight variable pitch propellers for Aircrafts (ULM)
The technology of anchorage of the blade to its metallic shank is of foundamental importance for the safe operation and for the lifetime of the entire propeller.
Our cementing bonding technique, applied to the blades of other blade makers, is the result of an experimental project. It was tested in cooperation with the Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale, Università di Bologna.
In particular, blades are assembled into the hub without any adjustement of the pitch by the operator.
Our propellers are tested by dynamic balancer.
